We present one of our favorite houses.
Located in the municipality of Tías in Lanzarote, it has views over the South-East of the island and the sea, with the islands of Fuerteventura and Isla de Lobos in first place. On clearer days, its views are second to none.
As seen in the photos, the house was developed for the total enjoyment of the outdoors and the climate of the area, considered one of the best in the world.
Built in an “L” shape so that these outdoor areas are protected from the wind, and also because it is developed on a plot with a slight unevenness that allows for the fantastic views it has.
The house has 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, several indoor and outdoor lounges, as can be seen in the images.
The house was completely renovated in 2022 and has a recently installed solar panel plant of 7.5 Kw/h of power and with batteries that accumulate up to 17Kw/h. Also plates to heat the water.
Well decorated, in a minimalist Provencal style, it fits perfectly with the landscapes and the light of Lanzarote.
The best of the house are its exteriors, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi area, bar, spaces for celebrations and quiet sunbathing. The sinks are by Armani in 8 of the bathrooms.
The nights in that house are simply fantastic, as you can imagine.
The property has authorization as a holiday home and is currently being operated as a Boutique Hotel.
The house is sold with all the furniture that appears in the photographs, so that its new owner can use the house from the first day, or continue with the tourist exploitation, if it is of interest.
